Gets paid to sit and do nothing. 900 dollars for a 15-20 minute tow and maybe 2 and a half days in the lot. Btw managers it's illegal to try and withhold plates. "Exceptional Service!" We had one of our customers get stuck in snow bank in the Schenectady . The response was quick, and the driver was extremely knowledgeable. The truck was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, which is a huge plus! Driver was able to winch out the loaded truck the trailer in couple minutes. Highly recommend this service, and we will definitely be using them again in the future for any needs in that area. I just wanted to say AC’s towing is the best. My husband was on the thruway. Unfortunately he just had his brakes replaced. The lug nuts were not properly tightened on the driver side. With that being said he needed to be towed. Kyle from AC’s towing was the best with my husband’s corvette. He took very good care of my husband’s car. I would highly recommend AC’s towing. Unfortunately this review should have been done sooner because my husband had this incident on 10/21/24 but we have been delayed writing a well deserved review. Kyle moved a very large and expensive safe for me, he was extremely professional and experienced. I was stressed about getting it safely moved and he made it happen with no issues.
